Mulch Delivery Rebate for City of Santa Barbara Water Customers
Because mulch reduces the need for watering by minimizing evaporation, City of Santa Barbara water customers can receive a rebate on their mulch delivery! The mulch must be delivered to a site that is served by City water. The City will partially reimburse up to two deliveries per site per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30), for an 8-10 yard dump truck delivery of unfiltered mulch. Your purchase of our mulch could be eligible for a rebate.
