Cal-Real Pools

We are seeking a Full-Time Operations Manager for Cal-Real Pools, a division of Progressive Environmental Industries, Inc.  Prime candidate would be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and in an office as well with room for growth and education. 

Cal-Real Pools produces high-quality pool construction and we are looking for someone to head our team.

Scope of Position

Prime candidates would be those responsible for completing high-quality pool installations in an efficient manner. We need someone who can perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Crew leader, Sales, Produce drawing/plans for building department permits, Project bids, and proposals, Construction oversee, and Scheduling.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years working as an experienced pool contractor or designer or in the related field.
• Familiar with all phases of the pool design and construction process.
• Must be able to understand, create and submit building plans and drawings for commercial and residential sites.

• Must have a mature, pleasant, and professional presence and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be assertive and clear with vendors and sub-contractors
• Must have an easy communication style and work confidently with staff and clients
• Crew Management skills
• Possess a degree from an accredited program
• Knowledgeable on market trends and digitally proficient
• Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use social media, specifically Instagram, Pinterest and/or YouTube
